Billy Andre
Billy spent years pouring into the next generation as a youth pastor before launching The Bridge Church, where he’s led with passion as Lead Pastor for the past 11 years. He holds a Master of Theological Studies from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (now Gateway Seminary). Billy loves adventuring through life with his wife, daughter, and two sons, hitting the pickleball court, and helping people discover the life-changing love of Jesus
Mike Tonks
Mike has served in a number of ministry positions from Youth Pastor to Senior Pastor. He is currently involved in serving at Calvary Chapel The Rock alongside his wife, Leslie (whom he met at Bible College). In his free time he enjoys his weekly daddy daughter dates with his 3 girls and wrestling with his son, coaching kids basketball or slipping away with his wife for a little time alone.
Dominic Prete
Dominic Prete is a passionate follower of Jesus who loves helping students know they are seen, valued, and deeply loved by God. With years of experience in youth ministry, Dominic has a heart for connecting biblical truth with everyday life. Whether he's speaking on stage, leading small groups, or just hanging out playing games, he brings authenticity, energy, and a deep love for people. Dominic enjoys spending time with his wife, going on adventures with his dog, and staying active outdoors.
Mike O'Daniel
Mike is the Assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Rohnert Park. He was the youth pastor for 10 years and is currently leading worship. Mike's passion has always been seeing the youth of the community coming to a real relationship with Jesus. Mike and his wife of 7 years (Amanda) have 2 children, Ellianna (5) and James (3). He loves worshiping Jesus, spending time with his family, disc golf and baseball.
Landon Straub
Landon serves as the Next-Gen Coordinator at Windsor Christian Church. He was saved at Mt. Gilead after years of attending camp, as well as having served as both a counselor and on guest services in past summers. Landon is passionate about teaching God’s Word and helping students take ownership of their faith. He is also studying Biblical Studies at The Master’s University as he prepares for a life of ministry.
Steve Mayo
Steve is a Critical Response Pastor who is involved in full time urban and corrections ministry in Philadelphia. Steve previously served as Calvary Christian Academy Ft. Lauderdale’s Director of Discipleship for 8 years before making the move to full time ministry. He has a passion for speaking, discipling, and working with young people in order to convey the gospel. He also incorporates the medium of hip hop to do this. Steve loves spending time with his wife Morgan, and their three children, Titus, Quincy, and Maxwell.
