1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using our website or participating in any Mt. Gilead program, you affirm that:

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated
We accept payment by major credit/debit cards through secure third-party processors
Deposits may be non-refundable and specific refund policies are program-dependent
Refunds will not be issued for missed days or early departures unless pre-approved

5. Health, Safety, and Conduct

To ensure a safe, Christ-centered experience for all guests:

All participants must follow camp rules and staff instructions
Dangerous, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will result in dismissal without refund
Mt. Gilead reserves the right to remove any individual whose presence poses a risk to others
Participants agree to disclose any medical, dietary, or behavioral conditions that may impact safety

In case of emergency, we reserve the right to seek professional medical treatment and notify emergency contacts.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating in any Mt. Gilead program, you acknowledge and agree:

Participation involves inherent risks including injury, illness, and property loss
Mt. Gilead is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during participation
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions in website availability or performance

Use of our facilities and participation in programs is at your own risk.

7. Media Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing:

You grant Mt. Gilead permission to use photos, videos, or recordings of your child or group for promotional purposes
Media may be used on our website, printed materials, social media, and presentations
Participants will not be compensated for use of such media
