Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties: Opening, closing and running the store. Fulfilling care package orders for campers. Cashiering. Providing excellent customer service to guests of all ages. Tracking stock reorders. Arranging displays. Cleaning the inside and outside of the store. Order merchandise. Supervise snack shack and gift shop employees. Maintain the point of sale system.
Customer Service: Greet customers by name whenever possible. Provide direction and aid whenever possible. Reflect Christ in your interactions with customers.
Cashier: Accurately enter Point of Sale transactions for cash, check, credit and accounts, giving the correct cash back as needed.
Product Care: Make sure food and beverage items are properly refrigerated and stored.
Cleaning: Keep the store clean, inside and out.
Communication: Communicate with the supervisor about any concerns.
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends with mid-day shifts as needed. This position is full time in the summer and part time during the off season.
*All employees may be asked to perform other tasks that further the ministry and mission of Mt. Gilead Bible Camp.
