Co-Program Manager (Male)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ called by God to the ministry of Mt. Gilead.
-
Ability to work well in a team approach ministry.
-
Experience leading and supervising employees.
-
Committed to a high view of Scripture.
-
Strong organizational skills.
-
At least 25 years old – required by regulation for supervision of facility.

College degree and preferred biblical training.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Director
The responsibility of a Program Manager is to develop, promote, and implement Mt. Gilead sponsored events while maintaining a strong, vital relationship with the community Mt. Gilead serves. Christian character, enthusiasm, team unity, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential. Manager must be outgoing, friendly and encouraging with exceptional integrity and an ability to nurture staff and volunteers.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop vision for reaching more campers and guests for Christ through public relations, programming, and implementing Mt. Gilead events.

Develop public relations with churches, Christian schools, and other Christian organizations, making personal visits and pursuing opportunities to address people.

Develop and implement Mt. Gilead year-round InFaith programs and events.

Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff and volunteers.

Responsible for the safety and welfare of the camper in relation to programs and recreation elements.

Serve and supervise Guest Group rentals as necessary.

Assist the Marketing Department in web page and social media content.

Supervise camp during Mt. Gilead/InFaith programs and renter retreats.

Oversee the Recreation Department.

Perform additional duties as needed and requested by the Executive Director.
*All employees may be asked to perform other tasks that further the ministry and mission of Mt. Gilead Bible Camp.
