Grab a blanket, lawn chairs, family and friends for this special viewing under the stars on the Mt. Gilead Ball Field!

Come join us for a night of entertainment and nostalgia as BMX bike designer and former Mt. Gilead staff member, Alden Olmsted, presents his latest movie "30 Bikes: The Story of Homestead Bicycles”. The movie features cameo appearances by Mt. Gilead Alumni. For those of you who are BMX enthusiasts, former Mt. Gilead staffers or campers, you especially will appreciate this documentary following Alden’s journey to locate these classic bikes, as well as the riders that enjoyed them.

A little bit about Alden: Alden was the designer and creator of the Mt. Gilead BMX track. His thoughtful reflections on the past touch on that part in all of us that remember times when we doubted ourselves and we were given the chance to look back with courage to see things with greater accuracy and lots of grace.
