Our facilities are available to fulfill the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20 through service and support to the churches of Northern California. At the heart of your visit will be one of our great meeting rooms. Whether you are part of a large group or a small group, we have a room to suit your needs. From sound to stage, from lighting to seating, we've got you covered!
The main meeting room. It features an array of state-of-the-art sound equipment and couples comfort with practicality. We trust you will enjoy worshiping here. 300 people will have a beautiful setting to learn about the Lord. The Chapel contains a large stage, with full audio and visual equipment:
The coziest place in all of camp. A large stone fireplace occupies one wall which we would be happy to keep roaring while you are here. This room can also be divided, creating two ideal meeting places. Fireside Conference Room can host groups of up to 75 in a warm and cozy environment with a large enclosed fireplace and hearth. The Fireside Conference Room is a favorite with our groups. Portable audio and visual equipment available.
The perfect intimate setting for your leadership team or small group discussions. Enjoy this place of solace nestled in a small grove of Redwoods. The Prayer Chapel provides our groups with the most intimate setting, suitable for groups of up to 25 guests. This room has baseboard heating and can be outfitted with a TV. Also in the room is a piano for your use.
Our only outdoor meeting room. The perfect setting for teaching in good weather. Our guests really enjoy this terrific meeting location. Victory circle is the perfect outdoor meeting area with seating for larger groups. This amphitheater includes a fire pit, large stage and can be outfitted with portable audio equipment.
This is a great building no matter the time of year. Our event tent is enclosed during the winter months, otherwise it is open. This large building is complete with lights and power receptacles. It is conveniently located in the central part of camp and is the best place for hosting games, aerobics, pine wood derbies or any other crazy activity your group can come up with!
While you are at Mt. Gilead you will enjoy homemade cuisine brought to you by our famed kitchen staff. Unlike many other camps and conference centers, Mt. Gilead prides itself in providing excellent meals through customization and tried and true menu plans. In planning your event, you can request to sit down with our Kitchen Supervisor and discuss menu options and your special needs. We promise, you will not leave the Dining Hall disappointed!
