We say no to “camp” food. That’s a nice way to say the food is not good. Our goal is not just to feed you, we want to feed you well. We firmly believe that Food Service is the quickest way to a happy camper. We want to make you and your group happy campers. Mt. Gilead’s food is not camp food. It’s good food. Our Food Serivice Manager Matt Carlson will even accomodate Vegitarian, Vegan, and G-Free diets if he’s given advance notice. Special meal requests? Make sure to mention them to our registrar and we’ll make it happen.
