What is the Competent to Minister Workshop?
Competent to Minister Workshop is designed for those with passion to serve the Lord! We desire to encourage, nurture and equip women who are serving the Lord in various ministries. Come join us for outstanding biblical teaching provided by leaders that have served in the trenches of ministry and are thriving. Enjoy a day of learning with ample time for worship, fellowship, networking and interactive activities along with a phenomenal luncheon created for you by our chef, Matt Carlson
Our Speaker: Sharon Sands
Sharon Sands has led a life of adventure and she is well acquainted with different seasons of life! As a single woman, she was involved in student ministry for 11 years in Heidelberg, West Germany, Texas and Arkansas. As the age of 31, the Lord brought a special man into her life, Todd Sands. Today, Sharon is a home-schooling mom with five precious children. She is the Executive Director of Passionate Heart Ministries, a ministry specifically designed to equip, nurture and encourage women serving in women’s ministries. Sharon is a sought after speaker inspiring women across the country with her humor, transparency and passion for Jesus.
