Gilead Fund
The Gilead Fund is consistently our area of greatest need. Camper fees cover approximately 75% of what it costs Mt. Gilead to provide a camping event (program, food, utilities, salaries, maintenance, etc.). The remaining 25% must come from the gifts of parents, grandparents and other Mt. Gilead friends.

Albertsons Grocery Stores offers a Community Partners Program. It is attached to their "Preferred Savings Card" (Accessed through your telephone number)

When a shopper, just one time, gives the store clerk this number (490001-13840) it goes into their computer. From that time on, when you give the clerk your telephone number, you will save money on their preferred club items and a percentage of what you spend will be sent as a gift to Mt. Gilead.

Campership
Gifts to the funds listed below are used to encourage attendance at Mt Gilead events. We stretch the campership dollars as far as possible, encouraging families to pay what they can, while welcoming all who wish to participate regardless of their ability to pay.

There are three categories for campership gifts:

Direct:The full amount of your gift is used to camperships within that camping year.
Trust Fund:Your gift is invested; the principle is used for gifts within that camping year.
Mission Point Trust Fund:Established with the specific purpose of helping campers from American Missionary Fellowship Mission Points. If you are involved in an A.M.F. Mission Point, this fund might interrest you.

Send checks to Mt. Gilead with "Camperships" in the memo field. Also include the category you wish to support.

Mt. Gilead encourages it's employees to raise personal support. You can be a part of helping enable Mt. Gilead staff to remain working in this ministry despite financial constraints. Each employee has assigned to them a staff support number. If you do not know a particular staff member's support number, just include a separate note with their name and your gift will be applied to their next pay check. You will receive a receipt for each donation you make and on that receipt will be the staff member's support number for future reference.

If vehicle’s worth is more than $5000 an independent appraisal is required by the IRS for assignment of tax deduction value. Appraisal form will be included with donation receipt to donor, in exchange for pink slip.

One very convenient way to send financial support to Mt. Gilead is to direct your bank to send a check to Mt. Gilead each month.
