Mt. Gilead is a place where God works and moves in the lives of those we serve. Our staff members play an essential role in providing a warm, comfortable and inviting place for our guests to learn about Jesus and grow in their faith. In order to accomplish that, we seek out employees that have a vibrant walk with God, are called to the ministry of Mt. Gilead, and are willing to work hard and serve with excellence. We desire team members who want to make an eternal difference in the lives of all those we serve, which include our summer camp kids, church and school group guests, as well as men and women retreat guests.
