FORMS REGISTRATION DAY TIPS REGISTER ONLINE DISCOUNTS

ebsters dictionary defines "registration" as the act of enrolling... If you are interested in "enrolling" at a 2008 Mt. Gilead summer camp you have come to the right place! There are two ways to register for summer camp 2008:

1) Register online!
This is, by far, the best way to register. Simply click on the "Register Online" link above (just right of "Registration Day Tips"). This will lead you to a form to fill out. Upon submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email just so you know it all went through. Then, all you need to do is print the Medical Release Form, sign it and mail it to our office. That is it! It's secure, so easy, and so the best way to "enroll".

2) Mail in a registration form
This is, by far, the second best way to register. Simply print out a registration form (the medical release form is included), fill it out and send it in to our office with payment. All applicable forms can be found at the "Forms" link found above (just left of "Registration Day Tips"). If you do not have printing capabilities, please call our office and we will be happy to mail you the proper forms.

After registering for summer camp you will receive a confirmation card in the mail indicating missing information and/or your balance due. This will help you know what items still need to be taken care in order to complete your registration.

If we come across any problems when processing your registration (usually missing or incorrect information) we will be sure and contact you. Of course, if your address, phone number, and email address is all wrong/missing we won't be able to get ahold of you... so try and get at least one of those right! Happy "enrollment"!
