Youth Group Powered – Partnered with You

As a camp running a summer youth program it is imperative that we be accommodating to church youth ministries, because camp is not just a place where youth ministries go it is a place where youth ministry takes place. Our relationships with youth ministries are relationships of partnership, upholding and empowerment.

We partner with youth ministries for the sake of doing ministry together as one body. We desire that your students view Mt. Gilead as an extension of your youth ministry rather than a separate ministry altogether, this can be achieved when we do ministry together. We also strive to uphold youth ministries by providing an environment where youth ministries can grow closer together and stronger as a group through our fun activities, cabin discussion, and chapel sessions. Finally we empower youth ministries by providing talented speakers who presents to campers convicting and encouraging messages from the Word of God, followed by cabin discussion times where you get together with your cabin and discuss what God taught your students through the speaker’s lesson.

Next Steps

1. Contact Us - We want to get know you and your ministry! 1 (800) 576-4508

2. Download – the Pastor’s Resource Packet. This will help you interact with parent’s questions and concerns regarding camp. It will have everything you need to know as a ministry leader to make your decisions.

3. Sign Up – Online Registration is handled directly by the camper. We’ll give you and your ministry everything you need to inform and coordinate your parents but this way your youth group won’t be directly responsible for meeting a camper minimum.

4. Connect with Us - We’ll meet with you and your team the first day of Camp and get you filled in and up to speed!

5. Have Fun Ministry - Being a youth pastor or leader means not just fostering their spiritual growth but also planning and officiating events. Put the clipboard down, and come focus on grass roots ministry to your campers. We’ll take care of the rest.
